We re-size your product by optimising its dimensions to make it production-efficient to make the most of the sheet size on a printing press or cloth width on a loom. To help you visualise how this small dimensional change can minimise your environmental impacts and costs, we provide samples supported by costcomparisons, raw material saving statistics and the impact on the use of natural resources.

Further Invest In ‘Green’
With swing tickets, we offer you the opportunity to re-invest the costs saved in Step 2 into even more sustainable materials which may have been considered a luxury previously.
With woven labels, we look into changing the quality of the label by reducing the weft density, or picks per centimetre, to bring even greater cost savings due to faster weaving, and even less waste due to less yarn needed in production.
